01Load your catalogue

Import your ranges from a spreadsheet, set the allowance on each item, and save a selection list per house type as a project template.

02Owners choose on their phone

Each owner gets a login, sees what they can pick and what is within allowance, and submits when they are done.

03Send the pack

One PDF per trade with rooms, SKUs and suppliers. Over-allowance becomes a priced variation the owner signs off.

The client side of the build

The two moments your project software makes the owner feel like an afterthought.

Selection catalogue & lists

Rooms, categories, ranges and default items. Reuse a list across every house you build.

Allowances & variations

Allowance versus selected on every line. Over-allowance is raised as a priced variation the owner accepts.

Owner portal & app

Owners pick from photos, ask for alternatives and log defects from their phone. You decide what they see.

Trade packs, no login needed

A branded PDF per trade: room, item, SKU, supplier, quantity, lead time. Emailed straight from the job.

Defects with photos

Log, assign and verify. Trades who want a login get one; the rest get a defect sheet with photos by email.

Paper your other system wants

Selection schedule, signed variation and defect sheet PDFs, plus CSV, so nothing has to be retyped twice.

Questions, answered

Do I have to change my existing setup?

No. Builder Selections runs beside it. Your schedule, invoicing and accounting stay where they are; BuilderView holds the catalogue, the owner’s choices, variations and defects, and hands you PDFs and CSVs to file against the job.

Do my trades need an account?

No. A trade pack is a PDF emailed from the job, and the defect sheet is attached to the email that assigns the work. Trades who would rather use the app can be given a login that shows only what is assigned to them.

Can owners see my allowances and prices?

Only what you choose to show. Each selection line has its own allowance visibility, and the owner’s copy of the schedule follows that setting. Trade packs never include prices.

What happens when an owner picks above the allowance?

The difference becomes a priced variation. The owner accepts it in the portal, the acceptance is recorded, and the sign-off PDF shows the contract value before and after so it can be entered into your contract system.

Can I move to the full platform later?

Yes, on the same account. Everything you have set up carries across, and the schedule, invoicing and Xero sync switch on when you upgrade.

What is in the free trial?

Everything in Builder Selections for 14 days. A card is taken at signup and nothing is charged if you cancel during the trial.

Your next job’s selections could be in here by Friday.

Import the catalogue, add the project, invite the owner. Nothing to migrate.
